In our well-equipped machine shop, we can make, re-condition, or modify a wide range of automotive parts; high performance or unusual engines, transmissions, diffs, axles, and other mechanical parts. The unusual is everyday for us. Some of the more common tasks include:
- fitting new wheel bearings and repairing damaged hubs
- re-facing manifolds, flywheels, cylinder blocks
- all sort sof engine reconditioning; boring, grinding, valve repairs
- beadblasting alloy components
- making or modifying tailshafts and axles
- small volume and 1-off manufacture of parts (see gallery for pictures)
- making or modifying brake & suspension parts
Having these facilites on site, allows us to efficiently repair most parts of vehicles bought to us, saving our customers the cost and trouble of sub-contracting out work to various specialists. Our shop is well-geared to help resorers, with us happy yo help with cleaning, bead-blasting and even hot tank cleaning of corroded parts. We employ staff qualified in machining, engine reconditioning and metal working. A few pictures a seen below, but a lot more can be seen in the "Gallery"
